Wayne has overall responsibility for the management of love-it renovations including negotiating both customer and sub-contractor contracts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, communicating with project teams, and ensuring that all projects are in compliance with local laws and regulations. Wayne’s has an extensive financial and accounting backgrounds and holds a masters in business administration, as well as a masters in accounting. Wayne has over 15 years of management experience which he has amassed from working across the globe with people of varying cultures and traditions.
